What to Bring, depending on whether you’re inside or outside and what time of year, 

Open mind, Cup, Yoga Mat, floor bed, Blanket, duvet, sleeping bag;

Pillow, blackout, warm clothing, socks, hats, and Gloves touch,

 It is essential to stay warm during the practice
