About Kate Wright Kate has had an interest in Breath work for 11 years with her own Practice and Working with kids and adults. Kate has been practice yoga on and of for 8 year and did her teacher training in India in March 2016. Kate went on to set up her own regular class where she work with student for just over a year till she had her baby and now got back into her own practice and is ready to hold the space. She has worked as a workshop leader now for 13 year as well as being a Poi specialist instructor for the last 20 year and love to work with people body/minds and teach flow.
