Mind and Body YOGA
In 2016 Kate Wright qualified as a Yoga Instructor.
Kate has been practicing Yoga for 7 years with her Instructor Liz Warrington http://www.lizwarringtonyoga.com/ in the style of Vanda scaravelli inspired a gentle + kind approach to Yoga and its movement Connecting spin breath and mother Earth.
Kate has been practising meditation for 10 years and has been teaching meditation and breath work to children and adult for the last 4 years and has always loved working with the breath.
With her gentle but firm teaching technique and approach, you will start to understand your body, mind, balance, coordination and flow in no time
Working with your breath to synchronise your movement, you will deepen your practice and awareness of yourself and how you carry your body in your daily life.
One to One Classes
Be willing to work hard and make time to practice if you are going to further your knowledge in the Practice of Yoga and Breath work
