We are dedicated to ensuring students have an energetic, educational circus adventure. Our experienced Instructors will lead students through a diverse range of circus equipment to get both the body and mind active and engaged!
All the workshops come with 2 professional workshop leaders and start with an interactive introduction that includes a demonstration of the different equipment, a historic journey to the equipment’s origins, and an environment + skills safety briefing. The students are split into small groups and work around every skill.
At the end of the workshop, the students get to perform a circus show for one another. Led by one of the workshop leaders acting as the Ringmaster the budding stars are given the opportunity to present their newfound skills to rapturous applause! Timing for these performances depends on the school schedule
We create an electric atmosphere with circus music to get everyone moving, then balance the chaos and calm the room in-between each skill with quiet time, where we take a breath.
Skills Include: Juggling, Hula Hooping, Diablo, Flower sticks, Poi Spinning, Staff Spinning, and Plate Spinning
Take the workshop off the floor and add a Balance Skills Section to your workshop! Balance skills include Monster Feet, Handheld Stilts, Pedal Racers, and our amazing slackline Rig. This optional section requires an additional workshop leader at an additional cost
The capacity of these workshops is for up to 40 students and we advocate Teachers and Assistants to get involved too!
Workshop timings will depend on the school schedule but typically run for 1 hour, two, three, or four times a day. We will require the school’s main hall for the workshops and are flexible around dinner times.
